Objectives

  • Enhancing the image of the nursery nurse profession and promote its recognition as a key actor in early childhood care across Europe..
  • Developing a guide of practices and experiences focused on inclusion, sustainability, and supervision.
  • Designing training modules and a framework to enable the certification of acquired competencies.
  • Fostering communication among the various stakeholders involved in early childhood care. 

Work Packages 

WP1 : Project Management 

WP2 : Guide of Practices and Experiences

  • Objectives: Identify training needs in the areas of inclusion, sustainability, and supervision, and share best practices from each partner country.
  • Outputs: A concise guide and three thematic videos. 

WP3 : Development and Testing of Training Modules 

  • Objectives: Create both digital and paper-based socio-pedagogical modules and test them with 100 participants.
  • Outputs: Training modules covering inclusion, sustainability, and supervision, along with the development of a digital platform.

WP4 : Competency Certification and Recognition of Prior Learning 

  • Objectives: Enable the certification of acquired competencies and promote the recognition of prior learning among early childhood professionals.
  • Outputs: Certification documents and a practical toolkit for managers of childcare facilities.

WP5 : Dissemination and Communication 

  • Outputs: Organisation of dissemination events, production of videos, publication of newsletters, and development of a dedicated project website.
